HOUSE BILL NO. 271 "An Act extending the termination date of                   
the Board of Public Accountancy; and providing for an effective                
date" was read the second time.                                                
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE                    
BILL NO. 271 be advanced to third reading and placed on final                  
passage.  Senator Adams objected, then withdrew his objection.                 
There being no further objections, the bill was advanced to third              
reading.                                                                       
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 271 was read the third time.                                    
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall HOUSE BILL NO. 271 "An Act                         
extending the termination date of the Board of Public Accountancy;             
and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?"  The roll was
